Policies

• Check In Friday: after 4:00 p.m.
• Check Out the following Sunday: 2:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
• Pets and smoking in the home are not permitted.
• A $200.00 security deposit is required, at the time the reservation is made.
  Your deposit will be refunded upon return of the key and after inspection of premises.
  We do not charge a cleaning deposit, but we ask that you leave the property in the same condition in which you found it.
  If additional cleaning is required, the cost will be deducted from your security.

• The modern kitchen is fully equipped with pots, cutlery and dishware.

• On the deck is a gas barbecue grill with utensils.
• Fireplace (wood fully stocked)

• Four bedrooms with maximum occupancy of ten people
• Full size Washer and Dryer.
• Patio furniture, table and chairs, lounge chair and swivel rocker (during Spring/Summer/Fall seasons only).
